Wilco Culinary program hosted a Holiday Tea Luncheon on Wednesday, December 7th at 11:00 a.m. The luncheon provided culinary students with the opportunity to utilize their skills at preparing and serving their guests in a traditional tea service.
The Holiday Tea service offered tiered selections including Quiche Lorraine, Mini Ham Brie Cranbetty Compote on Rye, Cucumber Tea Sandwiches and Roasted Pork and Caramelized onion Confit Sandwiches. Decadent delicious sweets include beautifully adorned Mini Chocolate Cherry Pot de Creme, Mini Sugar Plum Tarts and Assorted Tea Cookies. Attendees selected from traditional and holiday blend French teas to steep and sip while embracing the spirit of the season.
