Holiday Afternoon Tea Luncheon
The Wilco Culinary program hosted a Holiday Tea Luncheon on Wednesday, December 7th at 11:00 a.m. with Attendees sipping their favorite tea while experiencing a holiday tradition to ignite the spirit of the season. The Holiday Tea service consisted of the following selections including; Mixed Greens with Pomegranate, Gorgonzola, and Balsamic Vinaigrette, Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup, Quiche Lorraine, Mini Ham Brie Cranberry Compote on Rye, Cucumber Tea Sandwiches, Roasted Pork and Caramelized onion Confit Sandwiches. Delicious sweets include beautifully adorned Mini Chocolate Cherry Pot de Creme, Mini Sugar Plum Tarts, Assorted Tea Cookies. Attendees enjoyed traditional and holiday blend French teas to steep and sip while embracing the spirit of the season.
