Wilco Culinary Arts students presented their first Public Buffet of the school year. It was a Thanksgiving theme. We had a great crowd of regulars back for a new year and everyone was happy after enjoying a feast including; butternut squash soup, parker house rolls, poached pear salad, roast turkey, glazed ham, roasted vegetables, green bean casserole, stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and pumpkin streusel cheesecake for dessert.
