After, two weeks in the Culinary Arts Program at Wilco Area Career Center students in chef white hats performed confidently in the kitchen, preparing a Parmesan bowl with Apple Cider Vinaigrette, topped with candied pecans, cucumber and carrots. The Culinary Arts Program is taught by Chef Nicole Kinzer and Chef Scott Dudgeon.  The students pictured are; Plainfield East High School, Madeline Sisto and Romeoville High School, Zudiya Abruzzi
